Blood, Sweat & Tears (Abri's Blend) is uplifting and stabilizing. This Wellness Blend is meant to soothe both the emotional and physical aches and pains associated with menstrual flow (periods) for all women of childbearing age.

This mix of all-natural herbs was inspired by the owner's desire to help soothe the immense discomfort of menstrual cramps, bloating, and emotional distress experienced by her daughter during the first year of menstruation. It quickly became a staple in our home during moon-time. The name was given by the owner's adult daughter who was delighted to find the practical applications of this blend extend far beyond that first year.

Approximately 30-35 servings per container. $0.34 per serving.

Ingredients: Organic lemongrass, organic lady’s mantle, lemon balm, organic cinnamon chips, organic chaste tree berries, organic fennel seed, organic peppermint, organic ginger.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, place away from light in an airtight container.

Contains no caffeine.

Preparation: 1-2 tsp per 8 oz boiling water (212ᴼF). Steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten as desired. Enjoy!
