Irish Breakfast
Irish Breakfast Tea is the quintessential cuppa enjoyed not just at breakfast, but throughout the day, across Ireland. It is said to have risen to popularity in the mid-18th century at first among Irish nobility and then later, as prices came down, amongst the commonfolk. All Irish breakfast blends have a strong Assam component supported by tea leaves from one or two other regions, most often Ceylon and or Kenya.
Contains approximately 30 to 50mg of caffeine per cup.
