Lights Out

Light's Out (Alicia's Blend) is calming and promotes peaceful and sleep. This Wellness Blend is specially formulated to help you settle into a full night of restful sleep. 

Whether you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, this blend is for you. The flavor has a subtle-sweet  background of blackberry and citrus and it is full of calming and sleep-promoting herbs. It is a frequent go-to for me, personally, especially on the nights that I need to get my mind to cycle down in order to fall asleep. 

Ingredients: organic purple tulsi, organic marshmallow root, organic chamomile, organic passionflower, organic blue vervain, organic hibiscus, lemon balm, organic rose petals, blackberries, black currants, orange peel, lemon peel, natural flavors.

Contains no caffeine.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, place away from light in an airtight container.

Preparation: 1-2 tsp per 8 oz boiling water (212ᴼF). Steep for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten as desired. Enjoy!
